Service Description

If this is your first time working with me, choose the 20-minute Initial Consult to get started. The consultation serves as an opportunity for me to learn more about you and your personal postpartum experience as well as a time for you to ask any questions you might have about the coaching process. We will meet via Zoom. The initial consult is free.
